OFI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As announced before, the OFI Annual General Meeting will take place on 29 May, 17:30-19:30 in room 303 of Suntec Singapore, the same building as Aquarama. All members are invited to participate in this meeting. Non-members have access only with approval of OFI President Gerald Bassleer, the Executive Board or the Board of Advisors together (Art. 12 of the OFI Domestic Regulations). Only paid up members have the right to vote.
We urge the members to read the meeting documents in advance to avoid a too long meeting and allow the members to enjoy the rest of the evening. The documents will be available at the meeting as well.
If you empower another OFI member, please download the form, fill it in and send it to the secretariat or let the member representing you hand over the signed form at the entry of the AGM. Only with such an empowerment will the other OFI member will be allowed to vote on your behalf.

Friday 29 May, 16:00-17:00, room 303: OFI Fish Health Seminar on Biosecurity.
Friday 29 May 17:30-19:30, room 303: OFI Annual General Meeting 2009.
Saturday 30 May, 9:00- 17:15, room 303: OFI conference on Invasive Alien Species (Register now!)
Saturday 30 May, 18:15-21:00: OFI Conference dinner, OFI members are welcome.
Sunday 31 May, 12:00-13:15, room 307: Meeting of the Board of Advisors
Sunday 31 May, 13:15-14:15, room 306: Meeting of the Executive Board
